KUO Metal uses the information submitted through contact and sample request forms to review material questions, custom surface directions, sample requests, and project inquiries.

Public location display: Foshan, China. A full public address is not published until company details are confirmed.

Information you may send

You may choose to share your name, company, email, WhatsApp or phone number, country, product interest, sample code, material direction, finish direction, application, size, quantity, reference image notes, drawing notes, moodboard notes, and message details.

How the information is used

Inquiry information is used to reply to your request, review sample direction, discuss project-confirmed material or finish requirements, and coordinate follow-up communication by email or WhatsApp.

Files and media

The Request Samples page does not include a file upload field in this phase. If reference images, drawings, or moodboards are needed, they can be coordinated after the first inquiry by email or WhatsApp.

Policy status

This is a minimum prelaunch privacy and contact policy. Legal, company registration, cookies, and final privacy details remain pending before production launch.
